河北经济日报讯（通讯员陈永存）时下，在抚宁区茶棚乡，连片的麦田翻滚着金浪，田间地头，农机轰鸣、农户忙碌，一幅“田成方、地连片、粮满仓”的现代农业图景正徐徐铺展。

茶棚乡曾是小农分散经营的典型乡镇，土地零散、效益低下。如今，通过“政府+企业+村集体+农户”四方联动模式，整合2000亩土地，推广“小麦+玉米”两茬轮作，让农田变“股田”、农民变“股东”，蹚出了一条“稳粮、增收、护生态”的乡村振兴新路。

“过去自家5亩地，种一季小麦或玉米，一年到头挣不到3000元。现在土地交给合作社，每亩保底分红700元，年底还有利润分成，加上在合作社打工，一年能赚2万多元。”大所一村村民孙凯笑容满面。

茶棚乡的变革始于2023年。面对“谁来种地、如何种好地”的难题，乡政府牵头，选定大所一村、背阴铺村等4个试点村，将零散耕地集中流转，由企业统一规划种植，农户以土地入股参与分红。

既要丰产，更要绿色。作为面源污染整治试点，茶棚乡将环保理念融入种植全程：农药用量精准控制，秸秆100%还田肥地，有机肥替代化肥……一片片农田变身“绿色车间”，实现生态与生产双赢。

无人机精准喷洒农药、智能传感器监测土壤墒情、秸秆粉碎机就地还田……作为农业面源污染整治试点乡镇，这里的每一块土地都贴着“绿色标签”。“我们严格实行农药化肥‘双减’计划，每亩农药用量减少30%，有机肥替代率超40%，秸秆综合利用率达100%。”合作企业负责人方圆介绍，通过标准化种植流程，不仅降低了面源污染，还提升了粮食品质。

站在田埂上，茶棚乡副乡长李瑞臣指着远处的农田说：“明年，全乡‘小麦+玉米’轮作面积将扩大到5000亩，我们还要建烘干塔、粮食加工厂，让产业链从田间延伸到车间。”

近年来，抚宁区不断深化农村集体产权制度改革，盘活农村资源、资产、资金，壮大村集体经济实力，加速秦皇岛农产品交易服务中心、农业双创园区项目。同时实施新型经营主体培育行动，发展壮大农民合作社、家庭农场，带动农民增收，为乡村振兴注入新活力。
