本报讯（于新民 李姝锦报道）傍晚时分，二道江区大街小巷飘起饭菜香，居民李大爷拧开燃气灶，蓝色火苗瞬间燃起。“现在用气安心多了，再不用担心安全问题！”说起燃气安全的变化，李大爷满是感慨。

燃气安全是民生大事，更是政治责任。二道江区纪委监委立足职责定位，将燃气管道“带病运行”专项整治作为监督执纪的重要任务，通过“隐患排查+专项整治+严厉打击+长效监管”多维发力，全力筑牢燃气安全“生命线”。

整治行动伊始，区纪委监委迅速组建2个督导组，化身燃气安全的“侦察兵”，深入辖区燃气公司、“九小场所”、居民家中，详细检查餐饮后厨燃气表具运行状态，耐心询问居民日常用气安全隐患。通过实地走访、查阅台账、明察暗访等多种方式开展“全覆盖”“无死角”监督检查，共发现二道江区铁厂镇清真寺未接入燃气管网、部分居民楼未安装燃气报警器等11个问题，通过表面问题深挖背后责任。

发现问题是基础，解决问题才是关键。区纪委监委以问题为导向强化跟踪督办，坚持惩治防一体发力，督促区公用事业中心、区住建局等部门压紧压实燃气安全责任，实施清单式管理、动态化推进、销号式落实，打击“黑气点”的同时，推动职能部门履行职责，切实解决群众“急难愁盼”。截至目前，免费为2万余户居民安装燃气报警器，730个管网哨兵“上岗”监测，推动建设15.3公里管网哨兵沿线工程，4座燃气调压站也完成改造升级。针对二道江区铁厂镇清真寺未接通燃气的问题，在区纪委监委协调下，相关部门仅用5个工作日就完成通气，保障了居民的正常生活。

为防止隐患“死灰复燃”，区纪委监委采取“纪检监察+职能部门”联动模式，对2个街道、4个乡镇餐饮场所开展燃气安全“回头看”行动，发现并推动整改问题112个，切实为群众燃气使用安全加上了“双保险”。

“燃气安全容不得半点马虎，我们将持续深化燃气安全领域专项监督，压实责任，以靶向监督推动落实，以铁纪护航群众安‘燃’无恙。” 二道江区纪委监委相关负责人表示。
